Newly added, more diverse heli zones allow for the best day ever in over 40 square miles of Colorado’s finest terrain.
Silverton Mountain is the only heli operator in the continental United States that offers single runs in addition to all-day and private heliskiing. That means you can ski our lift-accessed backcountry all day and add one, two, or three additional heli laps. We also offer a 6 run heli day where we get you six runs in terrain that can rival the Canadian Alps, or go with our private ship option and explore the range to the fullest. Need more convincing?

The best Private Heli-skiing in the lower 48 is just across the mountains from Aspen or Telluride, right here in Silverton. Whether you are in Aspen, Telluride or Vail, world-class heliskiing is now within reach.
With a private helicopter all to yourself, you’ll be able to explore our 29,000-acre zone including newly added terrain. The very best and most fun way to ski/board! (for more than 8 skiers/boarders fees apply).

TELLURIDE BASED HELISKIING
Starting at $1,950 per person
Ask anyone in Telluride what Silverton Mountain is known for and they’ll tell you it’s the steep terrain. Telluride based heliskiing is $1,950 per person for six runs of heliskiing and includes the flight to and from Telluride. Experience Silverton’s legendary terrain while staying in Telluride. Telluride heliskiing initiates and finishes at the Telluride airport. Price is $1,950 per person with a 4 person minimum on Thurs-Sun (8 person min on Mon-Weds). Private heliskiing is available 7 days is a week if you prefer to have full control over your day and ski group.
Or add some Silverton guided chairlift based skiing to your Telluride trip with a heli transport from Telluride to Silverton starting at $3,000 (roundtrip transport from Telluride). The Silverton Mountain helicopter will be waiting for you in Telluride on the tarmac, ready to whisk you to Silverton Mountain on a short 6 minute helicopter flight. After a fantastic day of skiing, we will have you back at the Telluride airport in time for apre ski.
