On Mountain — Full-Time Seasonal

Come run the show at Base Camp.

Silverton Mountain isn’t your average ski hill, and this isn’t your average guest services gig. We need someone sharp, reliable, and genuinely friendly to lead our Base Area Tent crew — the first faces guests see every morning and the last ones they high-five on the way out.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee and support a small, hardworking team handling morning check-in, ticketing, and guest questions
  • Oversee F&B and retail sales throughout the day, and keep inventory stocked and organized
  • Keep the base area tent clean, functional, and running like a well-oiled machine
  • Partner with our office staff to make sure every guest — and every teammate — is taken care of
  • Handle nightly deposits and step in to solve problems, whether they’re coming from staff or guests
