On Mountain — Full-Time Seasonal
Ready to run the show at Base Camp? Silverton Mountain is looking for a sharp, reliable, genuinely friendly leader to head up our Base Area Tent crew, the first faces guests see every morning and the last ones they high-five on the way out. You’ll oversee a small, hardworking team handling check-in and ticketing, keep F&B and retail sales humming, and make sure the tent stays stocked, spotless, and running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll also partner with our office staff, handle nightly deposits, and step in to solve problems for guests and teammates alike. It’s a full-time seasonal role for someone with a strong work ethic and a no-drama attitude, even when the tent’s packed, vibes are high, and snow is stacking up outside.
