The property has been completely refurbished, including new electric and plumbing. Much care went toward re-purposing all historically important features of the building, including restoring the original transom windows, all Victorian styled wood molding and crown, and the original doors which date back to 1883. PROSPECTOR MOTEL
Let The Prospector Motel be your base for exploring the San Juan Mountains, Silverton and the surrounding areas in all seasons. We are open year round, with Lower Rates in the Spring and Fall. We have 12 ground level rooms with a variety of different layouts from two queen beds to single king or queen bed options. We are the closest motel to Silverton’s bustling shopping and business district.
LOLA’S PLACE LODGING
This beautiful new lodge is very spacious and can comfortably sleep six. The kitchen, dining, and main living area make up the great room. Very large windows make this room cheerful and inviting. All wood floors and an aspen tongue & groove ceiling add to the warmth of Lola’s Place. Lola’s is on a second level and has its own private entrance with stairs.
