Guide and Patrol team
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Guide and Patrol team. As a Guide in training, you will work closely with our guests, providing guidance and ensuring their safety in the stunning San Juan Mountains of Colorado. This role offers invaluable experience in snow safety protocols, the use of explosives for avalanche mitigation, guiding in challenging avalanche terrain, and helicopter operations, all within a close-knit team environment.
Once you pass all required training within the program. Your responsibilities will include safely guiding groups through various terrains and conditions, performing patrol duties as needed, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism in a dynamic and inherently risky work setting. This is a physically and mentally demanding seasonal, full-time position requiring excellent physical and mental well-being to handle difficult tasks in extreme weather while maintaining a consistently positive attitude. We are looking for reliable and friendly team players who prioritize safety and customer service.
To be considered for this role, applicants must be expert skiers or snowboarders and possess an Avalanche Pro 1 certification, along with a medical certification such as OEC, WFR, or EMT, and CPR. Prior patrol and/or guiding experience is highly recommended. The hourly pay range for this position is $16-$20, based on experience, and weekend and holiday work will be required. A valid driver’s license is also essential. All employees are expected to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook and manuals.

Lift Operator/Shuttle driver
Join our team as a full-time, seasonal Lift Operator and Shuttle Driver and be a critical part of our mountain’s success! This is an exciting guest-facing outdoor role with ample ski time.
Key Responsibilities:
Lift Operations: Safe, alert, and responsible operation of the chairlift. Ensure the safety of staff and guests around the lift. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks, and assist with maintenance and upkeep.
Shuttle Driving: Transport guests to and from the base area using our fleet of vehicles.
General Mountain Support: Contribute to base area maintenance, shoveling, vehicle and helicopter fueling, and provide general assistance to all departments.
We’re looking for reliable and friendly team players who are comfortable wearing many hats. A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be available to work weekends and holidays. Pay starts at $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.

CDL Bus Driver
Join our team as a full-time, seasonal Bus Driver and be a critical part of our mountain’s success! You will be interacting with guests and staff daily and serve as a necessary component to the function of the ski area. A friendly and positive demeanor are a must. You may also be asked to assist with vehicle maintenance and upkeep as well as General Mountain Support like contributing to base area maintenance, shoveling, fueling, and providing general assistance to all departments. We’re looking for reliable and friendly team players who are eager to interact with our guests. A valid CDL driver’s license with passenger endorsement, and passing a motor vehicle background check are required, and you must be available to work weekends and holidays.
