Ski / Snowboard Guides / Patrol

Qualified guides/patrol with at least 4 years pro ski patrol or pro ski guiding experience should submit resumes via email.

Seasonal work includes ski guiding, heli guiding, and snow safety duties. Applicants must be exceptionally fit and enjoy working hard.

Pay range $15 – $20 / hr DOE (for entry level experience).

Lift Operator

Silverton Mountain is looking for a Lift Operator to monitor the operation of the lift and notify management of any problems or unusual conditions while maintaining a safe work area.

This individual must abide by operating procedures, be able to stand outside in inclement weather for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, have the ability to make quick decisions regarding safety. This individual is pivotal to Mountain Operations and guest-facing service.

Pay rate $15 – $17 per hr DOE. Smiling face and positive demeanor are a must!

Bus Driver

Help get our guests from the bottom of the mountain to their next epic run and beyond! Join the crew that makes it all happen. You will be responsible for taking guests from the end of their run back to our base area, and all around the mountain as needed.

CDL Required and pay rate $18 – $22 per hr DOE.
