SUMMARY:Women's Big Mountain Weekend
DESCRIPTION:The ninth annual Women’s Big Mountain Camp at Silverton provides experienced skiers and snowboarders an adventurous weekend for women in the heart of the San Juans. The weekend includes two guided days of skiing at Silverton\, with one heli run. The Women’s Big Mountain Camp’s heli run is the perfect gateway into heliskiing and boarding if you’ve never tried it\, or a great way to get your chopper fix in Colorado. Participants will receive brown bag lunches on Saturday and Sunday\, apres events\, swag bag\, and fun giveaways. Participants are grouped with women of similar ability and motivation. SUMMARY:30th Annual Ouray Ice Fest
DESCRIPTION:Every year\, Ice Fest kicks off on a Thursday evening with presentations and parties! The Vendor Village officially opens the next day\, and Fest goers can participate in everything from climbing clinics\, gear demos\, fireside chats with pro climbers\, competition viewing\, and so much more\, all within the Ice Park. Friday evening there are happy hours\, presentations\, and/or movies. Saturday is another full-day in the park\, with another evening of presentations and the infamous Petzl Party!
